3. Effective loading space: width 1800mm-2400mm, height 400mm-1000mm (every 200mm as a model); or length 12000mm 20000mm); special sizes can be customized.
The heating power: 240-600KW;
5. Heating: Electric heating, gas (natural gas) heating;
6. protective atmosphere: nitrogen, methanol cracked gas, RX gas;
7. Electrical control: PC (touch interface), preloaded ball annealing expert system operating software;
8. atmosphere control: oxygen potential control system
9. A full ball annealing equipment configuration recommended:
a standard configuration: annealing furnace + Electric Control System
b-grade configuration: annealing furnace + Electric Control System + methanol decomposing furnace
c luxury: annealing furnace control system + RX + electric oven + oxygen potential control system
